Upen Patel, an Indian model, and film actor were born on August 16, 1982. He has appeared in various television reality series, including Bigg Boss 8 and Nach Baliye 7. He has also worked in Bollywood films. He and Karishma Tanna co-hosted MTV Love School. Patel made his Bollywood debut in May 2006 with the film 36 China Town, directed by the Abbas–Mustan pair. Patel's next Bollywood film, Namastey London, was released in March 2007, and he portrayed a Pakistani Muslim residing in London. Suneel Darshan produced and directed his third feature, Shakalaka Boom Boom, which was released in April 2007. Money Hai Toh Honey Hai was another film in which he appeared. Patel starred in the film One Two Three, which was released in 2008. He later starred in the November 2009 film Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. Patel made his Tamil film debut with S. Shankar's I, which was released in January 2015.
